Parking Lot Resurfacing
Asphalt overlays bring new life to old surfaces. Our overlay services include milling, base patching, leveling, and surface layer application. We carefully ensure proper grading for effective water shedding and drainage on all overlay projects.
Drainage Correction & Grading
Maintenance or planning of storm drains, manholes and catch basins are often forgotten about until desperately needed. If drainage issues are not corrected, water will redirect to other areas, leading eventually to a variety of problems that can be much costlier to fix.
Crack Sealing & Sealcoating
Asphalt sealing is your first line of defense against the asphalt aging that starts as soon as it’s laid. Sealing prevents water penetration that can lead to sub-grade erosion and frost heaving in winter. Sealing also rehydrates asphalt, making it more flexible and able to expand without further cracking while improving surface appearance.
Catch Basin Repairs
Storm drains and catch basins move water away from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and streets. Overflowing drains can lead to erosion and create unsafe driving and walking conditions. We install new catch basins that can be connected to existing drains. Alternatively, we can create a dry well where water dissipates into the surrounding soil. Services also include all types of drainage repair.
